What this test measures
Correct and incorrect answers indicate knowledge of the concepts in this practice. They do not establish a trait profile, diagnosis or job fit.
- A trait describes a tendency across situations. It does not establish what someone will do on every occasion.
- A questionnaire about your own behaviour differs from a knowledge quiz about personality theory. This practice teaches concepts; it does not measure your traits.
- When two measures are associated, that alone does not establish that one causes the other. Consider other explanations and how the evidence was collected.

- One choice is a single observation in one situation.
- They may be tired, busy, or simply interested in that activity.
- A broad trait description requires more evidence than a single event. Avoid assigning a type from this example.
